SPONSORSHIPS

The educators and founders of Science Camp San Miguel are committed to creating a educational environment that includes children from diverse backgrounds.  Integral to the summer camp experience is the formation of a community of children whose lives might not otherwise intersect.  Science Camp seeks to have at least half of it enrollment include children from the San Miguel area.  As such, fundraising is an integral part of the year-round programming.  Local fundraising and awareness events are held and hosted by the generosity of local patrons through-out the year.  A mailing campaign is launched during the Spring of each year and, of course, donations and requests to sponsor a child are always welcomed.

To fund, fully and partially, 50% of the children for the Summer '07 program, Science Camp San Miguel seeks to raise US$5,000.

If you should have suggestions or inquiries about budget goals and a breakdown of expenses, these items can made transparent upon request.
